He did a thorough (inexpensive) analysis of the situation and came up with two plans and possibilities. He was very communicative throughout this process. "My car is pretty old and a lot of the undercarriage is rusting away so I didn’t have much expectations for my exhaust pipe to be fixed, but J&S did it! They were incredibly nice and explained the situation to me, then offered to use some of their scrap parts to weld the section of pipe that kept snapping. It’s quieter than ever and every time I check on it it looks just as solid, and it was all for under $200. I will definitely be using them again."
