"I have a Kia and the Kia boys broke in my car almost stole it. But heather been so sweet and passionate about her customers. She has patience. She will tell you on every step they take. She was and is a big help with my insurance. I thank her all the time she called me and gives me an update."

"The visit to Nationwide's service department this morning was as bad as it could get. My wife's appointment was at 7:30 a.m., and we arrived at about 7:35, and still had to wait about 10 minutes to be checked in. It took about 2 and a half hours to get an oil change, and the reason was that they had to wait for an oil filter "to be delivered." The first thing is that no one came to tell us that there would be a delay or why. Second, they were not waiting for an oil filter "to be delivered", my wife's car was driven - 8 miles - to pick up the oil filter without her permission. I know that it is SOP to test drive a vehicle to identify a problem, but not for an oil change. We won't be returning to Nationwide for anything, service or purchase. I don't want to give any stars, but the app won't let me post unless I do."

"This has been an ongoing ordeal since June that still hasn't been resolved. I brought my car to get looked at when a light would go on and off at random on my dashboard and they determined it was an epb motor mount under warranty that needed replacement. They indicated they would order the part and call when it was in to schedule me to get it fixed. A month later, I call them to ask about the part and scheduling, they say it should be in and I schedule for Tuesday after labor day. Something didn't feel right, I call to verify everything is in order, they didn't even have me on their calendar or know what part I was talking about. They tell me that unless I come physically in person to show them the paperwork that they couldn't figure it out right before labor day. I waited until I was in the area to stop in one day in October and meet with the management for service scheduling. She takes my number down says she'll look into this and call me the next day. I never got a phone call. Two weeks ago in end of November, I get a call from the parts department saying they have a part here with my name on it and asked if I wanted it still. I said I had no idea it was even there, so I scheduled to come in today, explaining to the scheduling service that it's a part they ordered and needed an oil change as well. When I dropped it off and explained my situation again, they said 3 hrs estimated, then proceeded to tell me it would be 6 hrs after I waited for 30 minutes and couldn't get me a rental car, but never told me in first place how long this part replacement would take. I said unless I have a rental I can't leave the car today. He later explained that they will plan a day I can drop it off earlier and then they can have it ready in 3-4 hours since I'm impatient. I said I'm not impatient it's been six months. Had the nerve to say I'm impatient!!!!! When I've repeatedly been hung up on, not scheduled correctly, even though I accommodate by showing papers I was given copies of from them when they claim to not know what I was talking about. Then today has to check that it's still under warranty. Kia lost the part for the past 6 months, yet I'm the one who is impatient? I still haven't had the part replacement and was called impatient by the new service advisor I was given. They claim turnover rate of employees is tough, but this is unacceptable treatment."

"Edit: Had to downgrade my rating from 5 star to 2 stars. They currently don't have available dates for servicing except for 2 months in advance. I bought my Kia Telluride brand new from Nationwide and so the service experience should be better. No alternative solutions offered. After having my first 2 servings done at nationwide I'll be looking for a new vendor. My first 5k servicing at Kia. Cody was really cool and very clear about the steps. Serving was done in about 1.5 hours. Best part is that they have space for you to wait and even work while your car is being taken care of with coffee. Great job Kia"

"I flew in to BWI last week with the intention of visiting my daughters and grandson and then driving my car home (that has been in MD parked for 2 years) and drove back to LA. BUT, my car stopped at a red light after driving from E. Baltimore to Bowie. It took a few seconds to crank. This happened twice. There is no way for me to drive my car home without servicing. The call center representative was pleasant, attentive, and gave me an appointment for emergency servicing. After speaking with DeShawn at Kia of Timonium, I feel confident that they will diagnose and repair my car so that I can go home...SOONER THAN SOON!!"
