"This low review is actually for the website process. I made an appointment for 4 specific brand tires and called to confirm the appointment. When arrived on the scheduled date, I was informed they did not have the tires I selected in stock. This is unacceptable on Mr. Tire's part. I took time away from work to have this done. On the plus side, another location 2 miles away had the tires I was able to get right in."

"My tire sensor light came on Saturday at 1 pm. I pulled into the mr tire where I have spent $Thousands. I was told they did not have time to check my tire pressure until next week. Might have taken the guy 90 seconds. Last dollar I gave this place will be the last dollar they get from me. Pulled into heritage service center and the guy checked all 4 tires.....no charge. Thanks Heritage."

"We've been to this location several times, and we will continue to come back! The staff is kind, courteous, and honest. They have always taken care of our vehicles quickly, and have never tried to up-sell us on any products or services."

"Dave and Brandon were INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful to them. I showed up without an appointment with my toddler in tow. I had a nail in my tire. They stopped everything and immediately assessed my tire to see if it could be patched or if it needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes they had me on my way with a spare tire and a new tire ordered to be installed first thing the next day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their kindness and customer service. Highly recommend this location!"

"I found a screw in my Truck's Tire. I stopped by Mr. Tire to get it removed and plugged. I had a good experience years ago when I purchased tires for my previous vehicle from them. Upon removing the screw they found it was to short and confirmed it didn't puncture my tire. Everything seemed to be great. Later that evening I discovered they damaged my rim. The damage is only cosmetic, but still disappointing. They removed the finish all of the way around the edge of by rim. In some spots it looks like metal was actually scrapped off the rim. Some of the damage left small sharp pieces of metal around the edge. Cut myself running my finger over some of the damage. Some scuffs were left on the face of the rim as well. Some of these scuffs appear to have damaged the clear finish. I returned the next day and showed the damage to the person at the front desk. I was told this always happens during mounting to rims that are painted. I don't completely believe it, but let it go. How did the factory mount the tires without damaging the rim? I would bet if I had taken it to a Toyota Service Center this wouldn't have happened. Problem was they aren't open on Sundays. I was offered a free oil change for my troubles. I declined as I get all my services done through Toyota Service Centers. If it was an older vehicle with existing damage to the rims I wouldn't care so much. My truck is 1 and 1/2 years old and only been driven 10,000 miles. I hadn't damaged my rims, yet... I will not be returning in the future if I need new tires or a tire fixed."
