"Just got brand new tires and after a week or so one of the tires began to lose air. Took it back to them to see if it needed a hole plugged or patched. They fixed it up and returned it all plugged up. However we couldn’t find where the plug was and found that they had resealed the tire along the rim. Meaning they charged us for resealing the poor job they did a few weeks prior and told us they plugged a hole (in which case we’d be responsible for) very upsetting."

"I was very pleased with the work of the technician and the service I received from the staff. However, I was taken back by the charge for replacing a 3 month old tire for which I had purchased the roadside hazard.policy! As a Firestone client since 1986, I only recall one other time when I had to replace an almost new tire. I don't remember whether I felt so "nickel and dimed". So,while I hold the tires in high regard, I would hesitate to recommend to someone to buy the tires where they might get hit with all these charges on a fully-warrantied tire."
"If you go to this location better walk with your lunch and dinner all in one. You’ll get there at your appt time and will have to wait at least 3 hours to get service. The front desk girl always has an attitude. Sorry but my family and I won’t be coming back to this location."
