"Jay is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My car's alternator wasn't generating the right amount of power, so I decided to replace it. When I contacted Jay around 4:30 in the afternoon, he quoted me an unbelievably low price and asked me to come right away, promising to complete the job in about two hours. I was skeptical about both the price and the efficiency, but his attitude over the phone instilled a great deal of trust in me, so I decided to go ahead. He lived up to his promise. His office is exceptionally clean, and he provides clean restroom facilities and beverages. Finding a reliable repair shop can be very challenging, but Jay comes highly recommended.
