"I brought my truck which needed a major tune up here because it was close to home and I had heard good things and seen they were always busy. They have had my truck for 4 days without a call to update me what’s going on or what work needs to be done. So on the third day I called and spoke with the nice receptionist who said the mechanic had stepped out and would call me back. Still waiting for that call and it’s been 24 hours. I am used to bringing a vehicle somewhere and then hearing from them what is wrong and what needs to be done, and then we either agree or disagree to move forward, but here I have heard nothing. I hope this doesn’t develop into a major problem where I have to take them to court for some reason, but if I do get my truck back and it is running smooth maybe I will rethink my posting. Although, that still doesn’t excuse the lack of communication..."
