"Tried replacing left rear brake light bulb on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra but the nut on one of two bolts securing assembly to body would not turn. Went to store on Balt Pike Catonsville MD and one of the guys came out to look. More than helping me he worked diligently and persistently to fix that problem. Problem solved! Decades ago I had a small specialty woodworking business with three excellent employees with no prior experience I personally trained. If they'd all worked as quickly and intently as George I'd now be retired from my chain of high quality wood craft one-off expensive jewelry boxes, etc. and be living on my own private South Sea island. BTW I am underplaying how hard George worked because I was stunned that this time my brother-in-law was right on when he said go to Auto Zone!"
