"Desia was great! I have a low tolerance for pushy car salespeople and she had just the right mix of being on top of our needs and giving us space. I told her our "must haves" and, while they didn't have a good car for us right away, she called within a week or so when the right one came in. After we bought it, we noticed a couple of issues and the team at HiLo fixed them all with no problem. This is the second car we have bought from HiLo and will probably be back again someday!"
