"Somethings never change! I haven’t shopped here since last year ( because of the horrific customer service and mistake on my order -more than $500 - and the none of the sales women could have cared less to help me fix it) but decided to pop in today while in Bryn Mawr. Don’t waste your time. There were 3-4 other ladies shopping. No one said hello, offered to help me, asked me if I needed a dressing room. I was there probably 10 minutes and decided to leave. I don’t know how a lovely lady like Maureen stays in business with such unprofessional staff."

"I was given a 150$ gift card as a tip from a player from the US Open. I went to the shop to redeem it and to my surprise I was completely shocked when the store associate told me that they are no longer accepting the card even though the card does not expire until june 30th 2013. I was told that the card was for the player wives only. Thats not what it said on the gift card or the player wouldn't have gave it to me. You would think they was selling thousand dollar skirts and shirts the way I was treated."
