"Absolutely best service in the Capital district! Our party of 14 was greeted at the door by Chris, the manager. He helped our senior citizens get in the door safely from the shuttle. Once inside, we were welcomed and showed to our seats by a very friendly hostess named Josie. Our server, Sonya was perfect. She took her time with each and every senior, making sure they received everything they ordered correctly. Between Sonya and Chris, they even helped make a special meal for one of the residents that was not even on the menu. Being a strong believer in customer service, Chris, and his team really exceed my expectations! If you are looking for a restaurant with great food, atmosphere and top notch customer service then you don't have to look any further than Jacob and Anthony's in Saratoga. ****5 STARS ALL THE WAY****"

"The food was average. The burrata salad was almost tasteless; my niece had a wedge, and that was actually fine. I also had the crispy wings, and they were cooked very well. The price was reasonable. I liked the atmosphere."

"Just visited the restaurant on this past Saturday evening. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and an Amaretto sour drink. Since the sandwich comes with bacon, I requested no bacon. I didn’t have to wait long for it. However, I went to take my first bite and tasted some meat product. I open the sandwich and found heavily crusted bacon inside. My server apologized and brought it back to have a new batch made. I requested that it not only have no bacon, but not be cross contaminated. It took an extremely long time for me to get my new chicken sandwich as well as fries. At the end, my server comped me for the sandwich but I spent way more time than I needed and wanted at the restaurant. If it wasn’t for the sandwich debacle, it would’ve been a perfect experience."

"FANTASTIC FOOD WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had such a great experience in this restaurant that we are looking forward to return on our next visit to Saratoga Springs. The food was excellent, the filet mignon, ahi tuna, salmon with pear and walnut and the chicken parmesan were so delicious we couldn't stop cleaning the plate with bread! My children loved it and our server, Angelique was the best, very polite and efficient."
