"Saturday 1/14 7pm reservation for 4. Atmosphere was really nice. Had never been and some in our party from Albany were craving their food so we made a reservation and went. Overall food was decent, hostess and helpers were nice. But there were no check backs, we had one round of drinks because we never saw our server after the drink and food order (we ubered so that we could not worry about having 2-3). Had to flag someone down for the bill. You can take average food, give it great service, and it's a great experience for the patrons and they'll come back over and over. Take even the greatest food, give it poor service, and they'll never be back in your restaurant again. Not taking anything away from the challenges of hospitality or hiring staff. But getting food consistently delivered in high quality has always been a challenge. When you can do that, it's a shame you can't match it with at least average or above average service."

"I am so excited to review Forno Bistr because it is absolutely worth a 5 star rating. We had their octopus appetizer, and without any exaggeration, it was the best octopus I have ever had. The beat salid was excellent, and their lasagna was very good. I'm not sure what kind of meet they used, but it was not your ordinary ground beef. We have a new top two restaurants in Saratoga. We will be coming back."

"Our server was wonderful and helped make this a special night for us. The food was delicious and we appreciated the table which gave us ample space. Portions were generous and we had delicious leftovers sufficient for mom and dad to enjoy the next day. Thank you to the Forno Bistro team!"

"The place was very busy on a Saturday night, loud. The services was good and the apps were excellent. We had the antipasto del forno- assorted apps, great pick. The entrees are generous portions. Overall it was a good night! Will be back with fam very soon."

"Great spot. The service was amazing. Staff/server was great. Food came out in a timely manner. I got the special of the day. A pasta in aged Alfredo sauce with scallops and shrimp. Meatballs as an appetizer, they were fantastic. Make a reservation for sure. We had a reservation and were seated right away. However, the person in front of me did not and they were told an hour and a half wait(this was at 6pm on a Saturday) not sure if it is a busy during the week."
