"My honey and I were traveling for business to Saratoga Springs. We stayed at the Casino Hotel (which was exceptionally clean and comfortable). Morton’s Steak House was closed (Monday) so a Casino employee suggested Panza’s. So happy she did! The atmosphere was beautiful, right down to the fragrant red rose at every table, and the delightful pianist at the bar! Our server, Donna, was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Chicken Piccata with a deliciously crispy Caesar salad, and Eggplant Parmigiana with beet salad. Both meals were ample servings and quite delicious, and the warm stretch bread was so tasty! Overall, wonderful experience, will definitely visit again when we’re in the area! "I am so thoroughly impressed by the food I had here and Panza’s. It was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. Each dish was so flavorful I was blown away. I started with the beet salad, and had two of the special appetizers for my meal, the warm salad and the scallops over sweet potato puree and mushrooms. Your chefs are extremely talented, thank you"

"Where is the 10 STAR button! We just had our Xmas party here and I cannot say enough about how GREAT everything was. In fact, everyone else is still raving over absolutely everything. From the beautiful holiday decor to the incredible food from apps to dessert and great service. The bartenders are the best in the area - hands down! The wine list is great and the food.... well.. what can I say - simply fantastic. I normally handle all the details for our company party - we are a lively group and I always want something special and different. This year I chose Panza's and I don't think I need to do different anymore... and special? These guys got it covered. It was simply perfect and I didn't have to do a thing! 'STRESS-LESS'! Michael Thank you SO much for all you did. You, Tony and the family are the best!"

"I can't say anything bad about this restaurant. The atmosphere is romantic but family friendly. The food was fresh and full of flavor. We stopped for dinner on annual anniversary Saratoga trip and needless to say we will most certainly be back. Our server over heard us talking and surprised us with a dessert at the end. 100000% recommend."
