"I’ve been a customer of this specific store since they were on Quaker rd in Queensbury. Basically a customer of over 20 years. My most recent purchase was a smart tv. We had issues with the tv and they promised over and over to have a Samsung repair guy come to look at the issues. That never happened. After I paid off the tv I was told to never return again. I’m beyond frustrated and had nothing but great experiences in the past. This store has the worst customer service in the area. They do not follow thru on promises they only take your money and give you the middle finger. I’ll never be using this store again and would suggest anyone visiting this store to beware. The manager Tony is extremely shady and not honest. My tv is still not working properly and I was promised it would be fixed before it was paid off"
