"They are a disgrace to our community. Even Planet Fitness and the local gyms don't burden their patrons with egregious and terrible service. The machines are always damaged and broken. They burden you with a membership. It's terrible and a regrettable arrangement."

"I should have written this before now, already immensely pleased with CDPHP. Commencing with Fred as our plan rep, his superb manner and service, we next found the call center to be very satisfying. The two individuals helping us a week apart, Keri and Tim, were both competent and efficient. It required a modest, comfortable wait time, furthermore, enhanced by pleasant background music. We have made the transition to Medicare Advantage originating from an excellent referral by my employer. Finally, to top it all off, it is simply wonderful knowing we will continue our great insurance coverage with CDPHP from years prior and now into the future. Thank you, CHPHP!"

"I received a phone call in regards to updating our information for Capital RX and Optum for 2024. I called back with my wife we spent over two hours on the phone trying to providing our information which was a major challenge for the person from Optum who couldn’t seem to get it right or put into the system properly?? The person from Capital Rx was knowledgeable and courteous on the conference call with Optum. If it takes that long for all CDPHP customers to switch over, good luck. Here’s hoping our scripts are right?? I’m about ready to give up CDPHP because of Optum?? Sent me scripts I don’t need?? Called them no more auto shipment. Just got a text saying a doctor they contacted would not fill a script they wanted to send me?? What a nightmare!!!"

"Worst. Insurance. Ever. The repeatedly deny claims as "Out of Network" despite their own tool listing those providers as in network for my particular plan. Each time the doctor's office has to call them directly and sort it out to get them to cover the claim. Either CDPHP is completely incompetent, or they are purposely trying to get out of paying for claims. I never had this sort of problem with other providers. Very unsatisfied, CDPHP is an absolute hassle to deal with."

"After having to deal with a few national insurance companies for decades, CDPHP has been the greatest. I've received superb support with questions, billing, provider problems, transition from commercial CDPHP insurance to Medicare advantage for my spouse and I. They are also great at watching out for possible billing fraud. Medical and insurance costs are still skyrocketing across the board, but CDPHP helps me to relax knowing spouse and I are covered."
