"Steve is my hero. For the life of me, I could not find someone to replace a snap button on my winter coat. No tailors had the right tool to do it. After 3-4 calls of searching, a tailor suggested that I reach out to a shoe repair shop. I emailed Steve ahead of time to see if the repair was even possible. On the same day, Steve responded and said he could probably help me! I took my coat to his shop the following day, and I was greeted by arguably the kindest man in Maine. Steve repaired my snap in a matter of days (after I said I wasn’t in a rush), and promptly texted me to let me know I could pick my coat up. His service cost was minimal! And I even left with his recipe for roasted vegetables for Thanksgiving. Steve is a national treasure. Protect him at all costs."

"My suitcase zippers had been obliterated after baggage claim, so i called Steve to see if he could fix luggage and he told me to bring it in so he could check it out. He had it fixed in less than 24 hours with new zippers, glued fabric covering, and sewed back up. Such a wonderful person who does wonderful work. Thank you Steve!"
