"There is a reason that this is the ONLY place I go for my outdoor furniture needs and that reason starts and stops with the highest quality furniture and brand, followed by the best customer service in the business. Recently, I was in a pinch and needed to buy Kamado Joe Big Joe grill and unfortunately, Pierce wasn't able to get in time for Thanksgiving (in fairness to Larry and his crew I only asked for it 2 days prior to the big day). So, I had to go somewhere else and those folks were great. The reason for this story is that I reached out to Larry and asked him if his people could set my grill up in an outdoor grill table that I did NOT buy from them. I had neither the expertise nor manpower (probably a 3 person job) to do it myself, but Larry stepped in and got it done for me and didn't even charge me for this amazing service... even though I hadn't bought this grill or the table from Pierce! This is is just ONE example of all of the wonderful experiences I've had with Pierce Outdoors. This is why I've literally bought ALL of my home and office furnishings from Pierce Furniture over the years. Why? Because they truly care about their customers and they always go the extra mile that NO ONE ELSE does. Thank you Larry and thank you to your team. You guys are special and I want you to know how much I appreciate you folks. I will never shop anywhere else. Even if it's a Thanksgiving emergency ;) Bill"

"Great Place to do business! I went there for a Broil King gas grill which is a much better quality than a Weber. The owner is in the store and is a very reasonable and well informed about the products they sell. They refuse to sell junk. If it doesn't meet their quality standards, they do not carry it."
