"We went to purchase flooring for a whole house remodel from Scarborough Lowe's (we drove 35 mi, when we could have went 15 minutes..bad choice). They completed the for a measurement...had to be done twice because of clerical error...two weeks behind....then after more than a week, we drove to the store again (trip number 3) to check on status. They struggled to find anything but when they did; it was incomplete. .I had to walk away. My wife made two more visits to try to get this project thru; both times, she was told "I'll call tonight"... didn't happen, even after voicing" this is our last attempt". The salesman's lack of concern, or efforts, has cost you a customer."
