"I’m a very upset with AMC pediatrics. I switched over from another doctors office because it was closer to me, but when you call the receptionist passes you to the nurse. They never pick up so you’re on hold or they push you off to the urgent care. My daughter needs a note for school and no one wants to see her due to them being so understaff. I asked for medical records filled the form out they said they will send it out to my address back in May!! It’s now July and still haven’t received anything called and they said my daughter needed a physical we just did that in May. I requested the records again for school and now their dad is in the office waiting 2 hours already to get paperwork for school. I’m moving my children to a different practice because clearly it looks like they care about the money and not about their patients. I use to love AMC clearly the CEO needs to come down there and look into why they have some many terrible reviews and how they lose paperwork."

"We will never go back. Took forever to get someone to answers the phones to make an appointment. I was told to call back in a few months and did still had to wait months for an appointment. Specifically requested my child’s dr as she had not seen her in a very long time and wanted to discuss some things. We got there were never informed she was not there and was sent in a male dr. Staff has always been rude and disrespectful over the years but we put up with it because we loved her Dr. after years of being dumped with whoever the trainee of the month is on their rotation we are beyond done and will never return to this facility. This is only one of many situations. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone, I decided to go to the office to make an appointment. While at the office I was told they couldn’t help me schedule an appointment and that all appointments are scheduled through the nurse’s triage department. The lady at the desk said to call the number. The same number I’ve been calling for hours without getting an answer. Whoever is in charge of running this place is clearly not competent enough. I left without my daughter being seen or getting an appointment. Nice to know our taxes are being put into service that aren’t working for us."
