"We've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. One time they didn't have what we needed and for days kept telling us it would be in tomorrow. 3 trips later we were finally able to get it. Today we needed to pickup medicine and because they were entering in the wrong member number (insurance number)they weren't able to process it through my insurance. I was on the phone all morning trying to fix the issue. In the end I had it filled somewhere else. The other pharmacy was friendly and the order was filled and cost me way less. We will not be using this pharmacy ever again."

"This place is a joke. My partner went into the store and I went across the street to pick up a food order. The food order took 20 minutes longer than it should. I came out and my car was towed. Cost me $500 at 9:00pm at night. What kind of place does this. The tow guy explained someone from CVS called them to tow us. Of course no response from the manager of the store, the employee's probably did not pass along me message."

"Do not go here!! Absolutely no customer service. This morning I sat out in the drive thru 15 minutes with no sign stating it was closed. The recording came on and said someone will be right with you. Nothing……. It was not until one of the two people behind me came to my window and said “it looks like they are closed because there is a screen.” Oh how could you even see that. I could not see through the window. So I proceeded to go inside. And the first thing I hear and see is a girl walking by with a sign and says out loud. “I’m not getting yelled at again. Are you kidding me. You just let me know that you knew I was sitting out in my car waiting for 15 minutes pressing the button for service and did not once come to the window TO LET ME KNOW !!or put the sign up then to let me know you were not open!! Are you kidding me!! I AM NOT AN INTERRUPTION OF OF YOU WORK!! I AM THE PURPOSE OF IT. Number one thing that avoids people getting angry is….acknowledging them!!! This is 101 for customer service….And the old women who chimed in…..mind your own business!!! No one yelled at anyone. I let her know that it was rude and uncalled for. This was absolutely unacceptable!! And I will never go there again. Find a friendly drug store to go to that knows how to treat people !! it’s not worth all the DRAMA they are looking for."

"rude pharmacist woman, staff don't know there info u call n they say one date n can't fill till actual other date, had to call mainecare to get why my meds were beih denied n simple override was needed phatm should know this, give no reason for delay meds time to fill, exstremely rude pharmacist several times do not go here transfer ur meds people!!!"

"I have been a customer there for 20 years. Over the last few years the store has gotten so dirty. I am an RN and I understand how busy they are but the pharmacist was so rude both on the phone and in person. Their supply of drug that was prescribed was expired so after sitting in the ER for 5 hours I had to turn around and go back to the hospital. They were very kind and efficient at the hospital pharmacy. I will never go back to this CVS"
