"The two people working the ice cream today 12/29. They were super nice! We always get the milk at the supermarket, so we ventured up to the farm. They have an option to make the frappe with chocolate milk! Very tasty as always."

"Whenever we’re up in Maine for business, Smiling Hill Farm is an absolute must-visit for us. The chocolate milk is second to none—seriously, you haven’t lived until you’ve tried it fresh from the farm. Last time we were in the area, we decided to take it up a notch and took all our employees on a factory tour. Even had our limo pull up! The tour was eye-opening and gave us a real appreciation for what goes into making their top-quality products. If you’re ever in the area, don’t miss out on Smiling Hill Farm. Between their unbeatable chocolate milk and the awesome tour experience, it’s a 5-star stop for sure."

"What a gem of a place. We only came to visit the dairy farm and hope to visit the barnyard in the future. So many different flavors of ice cream and milk. Menu for lunch (11 AM to 3 PM) has all the variety; you place your order at the ice cream counter and listen for your number. You can sit in the dining area where they have a loudspeaker so you can better hear your number. They use compostable utensils and containers. There are 2 parking lots; when we got there around 11:15 AM on a Friday, it was packed. Definitely come check it out if you're in the area!"

"I don't even care for ice cream.... But this place?!?? ABSOLUTELY BEST ICE CREAM I've ever had! Everything is fresh from their farm! It is also super affordable! They also have a huge barnyard/petting zoo for the kids. Only $9/person. Totally worth it! We loved this place so much we went back for more before heading back to TX. GO, GO, GO! You will love all the flavors!"

"This is one of our go to places. We love going there all year round. The store and the cow barnyard are open all year and the rest of the animals from mid April through Halloween. It’s very nice because you have everything in close proximity. They have a small explorer garden, little library, store with icecream and you can order lunch there as well (the store has indoor and outdoor sitting). We always have fun at the playground set, there are many climbing structures - wooden train, airplane, a real old escalator. They have a toy store which you hit in the way out and usually one of the cars is there hanging out in her bed. They have cows, pony horses, geese, chickens, rooster, bunnies, lamas, goats, pigs, sheep, and even deer. It’s the sweetest place to take your little one."
