"They are so unorganized and receptionist is rude. I had been trying for weeks to get an appt and I'm not even a new patient. Since over 2 years since visit they wanted a new referral. My other doctors sent it to them 3 times. Heard different answers 4 times from staff that referral was in and could make appt and then that it wasn't or improper info. Then always on hold for long periods of time and can't get ahold of anyone. Would recommend trying another office and don't waste your time on this mess."

"I got referred, there for my 11 month old daughter , saying that she has a bigger head than she supposed to they think something is wrong with her she has a normal size head there is nothing wrong with her head it's not abnormal or shaped weird these doctors don't know anything once we got to this place people didn't even know where it was they kept trying to send us to the emergency area and everybody just keep telling us they didn't know where it was or anything like that they kept sending us to different place I even went to the children side where I was supposed to go and nobody knew anything spent 2 hrs just to get there on the bus no transportation and they didnt do anything about it and they schedule times where I'm at work and I'm like I can't I work , they said oh well just call out I can't call Out from my job, I have to be there every single day"

"Absolutely PATHETIC! Especially neurology, to be so inconsiderate of treating patients in a timely manner. I have waited a year for an appointment, just to get a letter saying sorry we have rescheduled it for four months later. Meanwhile…. I’m still having seizures all the time, haven’t taken any seizure meds in months. All this after two previous brain surgeries. But, as long as they are comfortable with it, it’s all good."

"I just can't deal with another medical office with incredibly rude front desk staff. It apparently doesn't matter that I was 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. I was told (more like snapped at) that I should have anticipated more time for paperwork because she was on the phone when I got there. From then on out she gave me nothing but attitude for no reason. I'm going to keep looking for a doctor with at least a semi-decent front desk staff. It isn't even that hard to pretend to be nice."

"Leaving a review as I am not sure how else to thank the person that helped me today. I called patient engagement a little after 11am, I was previously incorrectly told 3 weeks ago that it my referral was received although it wasn't. My primary care has a history of not sending referrals. I wish I wasn't so self involved at the time to get the man's name that helped me so I could thank him. He stayed on the phone with me and gave me every step I needed to take, I was crying and I could tell he was making sure I understood what he told me before moving on to tell me the next step, and he reassured me that my problem would be resolved. I can't say thank you to this angel enough. I know I haven't seen any of the Neuro providers yet, but with an extremely frustrating healthcare system, if I can find a kind and attentive soul that is giving that level of customer service, to me that is a 5 star review."
