"Matthew and his team at Mann Law Firm are great, Matthew knows exactly what’s he’s doing and he takes charge from the moment you meet him. No promises are made except that he will do his due diligence within the law to fight for his clients. Matthew and his team has done just that, not one but two times . My family and I are so please and we give Mann Law Firm a 10 out of 10. I’m am so happy, I just received my second favorable decision in court. Thank you Matthew"

"I'd used him before and was willing to do so again. My mistake. Someone you exchange an acquaintance occasional Facebook posting with seems to me not the basis of any personal relationship raising conflict-of-interest concerns, but Mr Mann refused to assist this this victim; refusing to even review my matter because, over the course of a few years, he'd exchanged some impersonal Facebook posts with my opposing party. Which might have been a reasonable approach, except.. Like I started this review with, I'd used him before, and wanted to again, he's thorough. He participated in my matters already: drafting and notarizing my papers and actually listing himself therein, though it was not an attorney client relationship. After a few impersonal exchanges on Facebook (over the course of years ), he now "knows" my opponent enough for it to be a conflict of interest to helping me with my legal needs. Never mind that Mann and the other party had almost the EXACT SAME level of contact with that other party before he'd first helped me THAT behavior makes it look less look like you're protecting your ethics.. ..and starts to look like a manufactured problem. Just saying "I don't want to--" or "can't- help you" would have been disappointing but understandable. But it's hard to swallow disingenuous response when compassion and legal support were expected. I did't have the resources or time to start off from scratch with new counsel; I needed someone I'd worked with before who knew the matters a little. To say he can't assist because of conflict of interest, after having already done so under almost identical conditions for the same underlying matter, isn't accurate."

"I hired Mr. Mann to represent me in purchasing a home..From the very beginning he was condenscending and rude. He took a 3 week vacation without prior notice.. I attempted to fire him a few weeks after he began and he attempted to serve a bill for nearly twice the agreed amount even though he had not completed the job He was caught charging me for things that he had not done...when the deal fell through he illegally refused to return my $2500 deposit in an attempt to force me to pay for services earlier than they were due ..I have filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association. He has been sanctioned several times and was placed on a 2 year suspension for unethical practice (Matter of Mann, 284 AD2d 719 [2001)"
