"Gone way down hill. Was a great company when we started with them 5 years ago. Now it’s impossible to get ahold of them - emails change without informing anyone, phone calls are unanswered, voicemails are not responded to, and their phones shut off an hour before they close. We had an issue with farmers charging at different times for auto pay throughout the month - instead of consistently like they’re supposed to. So they charged before I got paid. Rullo initially answered and got us connected and farmers waived the fee and said they’d charge us Monday. They never did and are now saying we owe the full balance for the insurance. Not only that but they randomly stopped charging our renters and then told us we owed over $100 for 5 months of missed renters at $10 a month. This is not adding up. Rullo is trying to force us to pay and is not helping us at all. Terrible company. We are switching."

"After at least twenty years with this agency, we had to look for a better option. Bill increase was shocking, but all calls to the office were ignored or were not followed through with a call back. We were put on hold, hung up on or had to deal with leaving multiple voice messages. We have always paid on time and were long time clients. We decided to drop these people altogether, and go with a locally owned insurance company for both our home and car policies. Their new business practices are definitely not working for them."

"After being a customer for 20 years, I emailed them last week to ask for a change to my policy & for it to be emailed to a bank. Not only did I never hear back from them, apparently their email address had changed & I wasn’t made aware. I received no “delivery failure” notification so I didn’t follow up for a few days. I left voicemail messages for a call back & never received a call. I had to call them a week later & I kept getting put on hold then told to leave a message. I didn’t leave a message this time. kept calling back until I spoke to an actual person. That’s when I found out that their email address had changed & they never received my request. The documents I needed were time sensitive. When I actually spoke to the person on the phone, I told her I needed it by the end of business that day, she assured me it would be done, that the document would be emailed to me & that I would receive a phone call letting me know that the document had been sent to my email. Not only did I not receive a phone call, I also never received the email with the document. I would never recommend this insurance agent to anyone. Their customer service is unprofessional & unreliable."

"The customer service has been absolutely atrocious over the last few years! No one answers their phones, returns calls or answers emails. We were in the middle of trying to buy a car the other day and just needed to complete the insurance portion. We sat in the dealership sales office for 5 HOURS calling and calling and not once did anyone answer. We left a dozen voicemails...not a single callback! It's been 3 days now and STILL no one has even called us back! Such a shame, because this used to be a very well run agency!"
