"I often use this location as my local UPS store. All the staffs especially Niko is very efficient and friendly and goes above and beyond. You are in and out of the store without the long wait and makes my visit always pleasant. Thank you guys for all you do!"

"extremely frustrating experience at this location last night. i walked in to simply send a business check out from one of my car dealerships to pay a vendor for them which i have done many times at this location and this time they said "because it is a check it is store policy to next day this check" umm what??? this isn't a UPS policy. they said "no this is a store policy." come to find out next day shipping is $100!!! to send a business check? literally felt like they just didn't want to serve me there whatsoever. so you are telling me if you didn't ask me what the "Value of the item was" and i said "i'm not sure to be honest its a check a piece of paper so probably nothing" then it would of just been shipped normal?????? terrible customer service and this store is walking distance from my house. extremely disappointing this happened as i own my own business and even have my business mail box at this branch. after this experience i'll have to have second thoughts on continuing to go here and even renewing my business mailbox at this location and i recommend others do the same. *UPDATE* After picking up mail there and getting a second key for my wife for our business email box it seems the manager was there to help me. I pulled him aside to explain the situation and he said yes this is a store policy but not for business mailbox owners..he states to me “ I should have told them I was a mailbox owner and it would have just went out fine…. “ Um ok I appreciated his empathy to the situation but does not fix the terrible night I had trying to ship that check out. I’m not sure this fixes anything bringing this issue to their attention but at the very least the empathy makes me raise my star level up one since the manager at least realizes there was a problem that night and it shouldn’t of happened the way it happened. Regardless it still did and was a very bad experience for me."

"I have done business with this location before for my small business and have never been charged as much as I was today. Not only was I charged 0.17 a copy per page of a 350 page order, the paperwork was supposed to be double sided and they made an error in that. This price is outrageous and they won’t fix their mistake - the Clifton Park location charges .10 per copy on a tiered system where the price decreases the more copies you order. I am ready to never do business at this location again. Please contact me."

"I got there shortly before they closed with a complicated set of returns. I had to go online and re-return something and needed help boxing other. The gentleman behind the counter was phenomenal. He totally saved the day for me and I'm quite appreciative"

"When purchasing an expensive and fragile piece of pottery in person while on vacation in NM, I called to ask if this site would accept and hold a package to avoid getting lost in my apartment complex. They said yes, there would be a $10 fee, never said they would return to sender after five days. There are also no signs in the store to indicate such a policy. The package arrived in NY on a holiday weekend with my phone number on it. No phonecall. I went to pick it up a week after it arrived, and it had been returned to sender without informing me at all. A week later it got back to NM, we had to pay to reship it. Another week goes by and it finally gets back to NY late Monday. Again no phone call. I send an email telling them I will get the package on Saturday as they close at 630 on work days. No response. I show up and instead of $10 that UPS national said should be waived, the box had a $20 hold fee and it literally had been marked return again for two days ago. So they were going to return the package again after three days this time despite my case with UPS national and my email request this week. Bottom line, they never should have agreed to have the package delivered there during my first phone call, should have been transparent about their hold and fee policy, and honored what was their mistake in the first place. This place is great for Amazon returns and that's about it. Don't offer a service if there are unspoken rules and a bait and switch on the pickup price."
