"I absolutely love this place! Good fishing but also good hiking. The trails can range from easy to a little challenging. Definitely check yourself for ticks! There's a lot of them in this location. I also suggest having good shoes too! Some spots can be a little muddy."

"First time going here, and I loved it. Lots of various ways you can along the trails. Wasn't tremendously crowded so most of the time I didn't cross paths with many people. Quiet, lots of places to sit, and a great spot for taking a variety of pictures. Saw several different species of birds including Red Winged Blackbirds, Downy Woodpecker, and Bluebirds. I will definitely be returning here when it gets warmer and things start to bloom more."

"Absolutely stunning, clean, peaceful park. Visiting from Florida & it didn't disappoint. Serene lake and quaint walking paths. I wven found a grocache (gps guided treasure hunt) Beautiful natural area with an information pavillion, log book and lovely benches with lake view. Good for a quick stop or a nice day."
