"The care is great Dr Margono Dr Baker Dr Vargese & Dr Kittle are really informative friendly & detailed when explaining things. The one & only thing I hate is when you call you have to leave a Voicemail & there have been plenty of times when I leave a voicemail on a Monday and Tuesday morning & don’t receive a call back until a Wednesday or if you leave a message 10am Monday they don’t return your call until Monday 3:15pm. I think that’s ridiculous but the care is great."

"Been here several times for ultrasounds. They always run very late. Today the check in line was ten people deep with one receptionist. I waited in line 15 minutes to check in. Then when it was my turn the receptionist tried to take people who were in line behind me first. I made it clear that my appointment was at 1:00, I had been waiting 15 minutes, and was now late for my appointment so nobody was going ahead of me. He told me that there was no way o waited 15 minutes and that I needed to calm down. Everything about this is completely unacceptable. I won’t be going back and I will make sure my midwife stops referring other patients to this practice. It’s too bad because the ultrasound technicians are pretty amazing, but when your front office staff is rude, disrespectful, and refuse to listen to any complaints you’re going to lose customers."
