"Slow. So slow and dysfunctional. Expect to show up when you're told for your appt. then wait a half hour or more to just do paperwork, then another hour to actually have the thing done that was needed. Even worse, trying to schedule anything or fax anything here is a nightmare. The staff is incompetent, or the business is extremely understaffed, it's one or the other. Don't know what possible excuse there is to have such a complete lack of consideration to anyone's time. People here have conditions such as cancer and are ill to begin with. The technicians are nice though"

"I never even got to speak to someone, I waited around 2 months for an appointment for my 10 yr old then got a text message on Jan 5th saying I have an appointment for the 11th and to text back "X" if I want to cancel... No one calling and checking availability or asking what dates work, just here is your time slot take it or leave it... this is what our medical providers have become. Then they call on the 10th (the day before) and say they are cancelling for lack of pre-approval from insurance but no one ever actually asked for my insurance information. I have already requested time off of work that is not easily scheduled not that any medical provider these days seem to actually care about patients time and satisfaction. Apparently we should be happy we get to be seen at all. I contacted them and come to find out they had the wrong insurance information. A problem that could have been avoided with a conversation instead of a text…"

"I WISH THAT SOME HOW YOU WOULD GET AN OPEN MRI MACHINE BY 2023 It is extremely difficult to stay in such a small machine for over 2 hours every year because of my long term condition. An open MRI would truly be a blessing for so many patients and I'm sure technicians would appreciate that the patients are more comfortable and not Stopping Mid Exam for many different reasons!"

"Why are the reviews so bad? I was worried before I came back from the review. I just got out after taking an MRI. The staff here are very friendly. I am not good at English.It must have been frustrating because we couldn't communicate, but their kindness was amazing. Thank you."

"I am not surprised at the overall rating for this place. They make you come a half hour before your appointment to register, so i arrived at 7am for a 7:30 appointment. They didn't call me to register until 7:30, so by the time I was finally called back to do the ultrasound I had scheduled, it was almost 8. Then someone from the ultrasound department informed me that the receptionist had only just informed her that I had an appointment that they had no idea about and that it was going to be at least another half hour before I could get in. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because one of the ultrasound techs went out of her way to squeeze me in. I really appreciated that because if she hadn't, i would have missed a blood draw that i had scheduled afterwards (and should have had plenty of time to get to.) They also did not send the results to my doctor in a timely manner and if I had not followed up, it may have been weeks. I got a lot of attitude about that when I called, as well, and no one could tell me why they hadn't been sent. Overall, a bad experience and i will not schedule here again should I need this type of service in the future."
