Have dropped into many CrossFits across different states and The Port stands out by far. The atmosphere is great, the workouts are fun and challenging but offer great modifications. "I came into town to get my passport renewed. I need to drop in to a gym and found the Port. I highly recommend becoming a member of your not one. The Owner Sophie was so welcoming, and very kind. But most of all, Jamie the coach was amazing. Even the members walked up to me and introduced themselves, and I felt right at home. This is a gym where they truly care about there members. And that is drawn from the fact that Jamie was laser focused on the members, and making sure they are performing the moves correctly. I have been to other gyms, and I rarely see this level of dedication. If your dropping in, or considering membership. You will accomplish yours goals here and go to the next level."
"Just started going to The Port two weeks ago, at the recommendation of a friend. This was my first time doing CrossFit, and they had a great 4 session "intro to CrossFit" where one of the coaches, Ashley (who is AMAZING!), worked me through the various exercises done at CrossFit. Then for my first lesson, she also dropped in and helped me scale the workout to my current ability. The community here is great, and I have had people introduce themselves to me and some of the newer people at each class. 10/10, would recommend!"
