"We spend time in Maine in the summer. We were looking for a place my daughter could get some 1-on-1 coaching but also practice shooting. This will be her 3rd summer working with coaches at Play Practice. Everyone is wonderful to work with. The program is excellent. My daughter is going into her junior year. She plays varsity high school basketball and AAU. This is a great way to round out her training. Coach BJ is passionate about what he does and understands the teaching part of coaching. He breaks things down in ways that are easy to understand and teaches in a way that builds confidence and success. We only wish we lived close enough to work with him year round!"
"Extremely positive experience, atmosphere and staff. My 10 year old wanted more time playing basketball and Play Practice offered that and much more. We were looking for more than recreation and while Play Practice is always fun, he was challenged appropriately, given clear instructions, breaking situations down, repetition to break habits....always positive, always learning, always having fun. Play Practice is a very unique gym that makes all levels feel welcomed. My child has absolutely benefited from jr. ignition league, 3v3 games and one on one trainings. Highly recommend."
"BJ and his program are excellent, we have seen remarkable improvement since we started going. The 3V3 league on Saturdays and the monthly 3V3 tournaments are great also. Super fun to watch and even more fun for the players. And with the 12 second shot clock players get a ton of ball time and experience. Highly recommend both."
