"Loann should be fired. Rudest, unprofessional, and almost racist. She's lucky I'm white with the constant "you people" statement she made first over the phone then in person. I was just inquiring about a package in the mail room and she flipped out screaming at me on the phone like an unhinged nut job complaining about how she has to get up and look for me. Then when I went to the office, she was very confrontational screaming are you from the apartment number where I live. She said it's not her job to check and she's only a pt employee. Maintenance is also very slow at fixing issues."

"This development is not worth the money. The rent went up 7% after one year. The back yard is a swamp, you pay for the outside lights that are solar and blink constantly. You also pay for your own water, which they don’t tell you about. Management is extremely rude, except for Matt who has to run everything by Leah who is condescending. The news letter is written like a scolding from a principal to his/her student. I look forward to reading it because it’s totally unprofessional, which makes it entertaining. You can hear your neighbors, especially their pets. My neighbors just received notice of cockroaches which is the last straw for me! Go somewhere else!!"

"After living here for almost 6 months, things that needed to be fixed upon move in are still not fixed. Whenever we need something fixed the maintenance person is beyond rude, gives no notice when coming into our apartment, and constantly tries to gaslight us about things being fixed. The front door gets stuck closed from the outside whenever the temperature outside changes quickly (and this happens to several neighbors as well), but the maintenance team does not believe us that this happens, and instead tells us we don’t know how to use a key properly. The only person who has been consistently helpful and not rude is Matt, who works in the main office. This complex is not worth nearly as much as we are paying in rent. “Luxury” is complete BS."

"LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! Management is rude and unprofessional. We lost $676 on our security deposit. Management stated we left a "HUGE" black spot on carpet which is 1000% incorrect. Unfortunately, we did not have a picture to prove YET neither do they. I have complained to Hudson Preserve LLC both via letter and phone and no response !! Leah , Leasing Manager, was extremely rude and dismissive when I notified her we were moving. It was not meant to be personal against her. The apartment itself was nice however PARKING WAS HORRIBLE, outside maintenance was lacking and rent was raised 5% after one year !!! Also extremely questionable is your FINAL payment for water, sewer and trash. When you are a tenant you pay directly to YES Energy Management final payment is made to Hudson Preserve. There is an overpayment on our account and have yet to have an answer or refund as to why our account with YES energy has a balance and our check has been cashed over a month account - our payment has not been applied to YES Energy - sounds like a scam to me. Be aware of all of this before signing that lease - take PICS, VIDEOS whatever you need to do to protect yourself."

"Has me wait on a call list due to no openings, calls me after a week (to my surprise) and tells me they have an opening and I can see it this weekend. I ask to see it the same day and they say no, so I agree to see it the following day. I go to the appointment I set with The leasing manager, and she tells me Matt has already leased the unit to another family. What is the point of making appointments, and not letting people see them when they become available, just to rent them out and then NOT CALL to let us know? I drove an hour, took a day off work and the leasing manager kept pushing how it wasn’t a big deal and the unit they have available is only a bit smaller. Okay, it’s smaller but it also lacks an entire bedroom that I do crucially needed, hence the wait. Very unprofessional, makes it feel like a pointless encounter. Made bold claims and statements about how I needed to see it this weekend but wouldn’t let me see it when they called. I don’t know what they were trying to accomplish, but I am left with a nasty taste from Matt And Leah. Should take an inch of responsibility for their residents."
