Management is a problem especially when they would rather act tough than handle a situation, will never do business with them again, however central Ave, wonderful manager who's willing to discuss a situation and also was able to give me the corporate number after being told there wasn't one."

"I will never get anything from this place ever again. I got a couch for $800 and I did monthly payments. Mind you I fully paid off the couch and they told me I only paid the delivery fee. So they keep charging my card and I’ve called them multiple times to ask what they kept charging my card for and ask them to take my card off the account and they continued to charge me card even after I asked them not too. Then they said they were going to refund me the money they charged me and that was over $200 and they never did. Then they had someone banging at my door bc I wasn’t answering their phone calls bc I had no reason to thinking I already paid off the couch. It’s so hard to get in contact with them and they will not refund my money that they took. I am frustrated bc I am a college student and I already don’t get paid that much as it is bc I’m in school and they robbed me of that."
"5 star service, i am treated like family. They have come and saved the day for me multiple times and they are flexible on the payment plans. Weekly bi weekly and monthly. Jonathan Ty and marqeem are amazing people . STAR as well i love this company and a the head of a multi million dollar property I have seen Guest service in the good and the bad. They are by far the best in the business !!"
"10/23/2017 - Yes you pay more than its worth, but at the same time you are getting what you need right away. I have had nothing but a great experience with this place. Ty the Manager has been nothing but great to me. Whenever I called and needed to pay late it was not a problem. When I needed anything from this place they be respectful and understanding about life. I read where someone said they kept calling them, obviously you didn't pay your bill on time and that's why they kept calling. They are going to call when you ignore them. I have never had that problem so I can't speak on that, but if you do call and tell them what happened they will work with you."
