"I just got here at 5:13 pm and there's a note on the door closed for 2 hrs. But it's been since noon. So, many is here and leaving. They are losing money."

"Shelves were loaded like always. Some staff act angry when they have to open a new register, but I'm ok with that. Very clean store!"

"Management apparently needs to be changed out..all dollar trees have a public restroom depending on size of store..i am related to a store manager of a dollar tree who said they chose not to let anyone use that restroom. Manager on duty evening on Thurs June 8th 2023 should be demoted for ignorance..cashiers eat and drink at their registers..nobody working freight but to busy standing and talking..yup corporate, if you want to pay people to just stand around..at this store your doing a great job!!! Because on this day around 530 pm that's what they were doing. Only one other customer in store. I should have figure, because where I live they are always busy..."

"My Grandson’s shoe fell off while he was sitting in the cart so we went back in the store to ask if anyone found a shoe and the lady at the register said, “Well maybe if you controlled your kid!” Which was unbelievably rude considering my Grandson is 2 and was in the cart the whole time. This is apparently how they treat their customers. I tried to call a manager but no one ever answers the phone. We won’t be back there and we will let everyone we know about our experience there!"

"I absolutely love Dollar Tree especially this location- it's the biggest one in this area. Even know this location is huge the staff dose a great job at keeping its stocked up & clean. During Christmas this location was hit hard & yet the staff was still super helpful and friendly. They even had a cashier that dressed up as Santa- it was honestly so great to see in such hard times. The employee was super friendly while dressed up. When children would come through the line he would connect with everyone one of them making the visit a bit more exciting and special. My son on the spectrum & has a fear of Santa & once I told the man my son was a little spooked he was on a mission to make my son as comfortable. While heading to the back he stopped & asked my son if he was ready to met him. Once my son thought it was on his terms he was more opened to it & within a few short minutes my son was no longer hiding behind me but wanting to chase down Santa. Shopping with children on the spectrum can be very hard- I've left many stores with nothing & both of us walking out crying, I've been asked to leave stores due to him being to exciting & a bit loud, we had times where he's snuck out of his belt and takes off running, needless to say we've had some really hard Shopping experiences especially when it's a busy store. I've literally left stores crying & saying I would never bring him Shopping with me again. But as a single mom I barely go shopping without him there. And most of our shopping experiences aren't the greatest not even good. So to have such a pleasant experience & someone go out of their way to make others smile in these hard times is absolutely amazing. And he made our day for sure. This store is opened during the pandemic and requires everyone wears a mask in stores. They also offer sanitizer."
