"BEWARE! please make sure you pay very close attention to how many items you bring in and how many items they say they are buying from you. I just dropped off two large ikea totes. One filled with clothing and the other with shoes. Within 15 minutes I received a text that my buy had been completed. When i came back, the cashier stated "we bought all 12 items for $41" .. she handed me the money and told me i was all set. I asked for the items back that they didn't buy and she told me they bought them all. I explained to her that i brought in WELL over 12 items.. so she started looking around and asking the other employees until she found the ikea tote filled with clothing and handed it back to me. then I asked where the other ikea tote was because I like to save them. She said to check if it was in the other tote and i looked and told her it wasn't. Then she said "im pretty sure you only dropped off one bag".. and i explained "nope i definitely brought two bags". then after looking around for a while.. she finds the other ikea tote FILLED with shoes. Had i not paid close attention.. they would have taken two large ikea totes FILLED with name brand clothing and shoes from me without any payment. makes me very skeptical of this business. will not be returning."

"They are kind of rude. I am an older woman who dropped off some clothing of my granddaughter ( In her teens). Without even looking at them the store attendant said that “because they are a franchise, they don’t take high end merchandise “. I left them anyway, some things brand new ( name brands) with tags still on. I received a text that they weren’t able to take ANYTHING!!! They wanted to know if I wanted to donate them. Where do donations go? Probably right out on the rack!"

"Meh, it's okay they've definitely gone downhill since even the start of this year. They are really short-staffed and they no longer offer same-day like cash which is usually fine like I've waited a week before but when I went in recently they said they couldn't take anymore and put me on a waitlist and you could tell they were really behind. I think they stopped like cutting people off each day like they used to and it just got overwhelming. The staff is usually pretty nice but you have to get their attention rather then them approaching you when you first walk in like most stores you walk in and they're like "welcome in!" They do not do that anymore. I wish they were like they used to be... I go to Fashion Gods now they had a 20 minute wait and although their store is packed and crazy at least the staff is nice."

"Every time I try to drop clothes off here they aren’t accepting them. I’ve tried several times on different occasions to call ahead before driving there (I don’t live close by) and they don’t answer their phones either. Super annoying. I went to drop off clothes twice this week and they weren’t accepting any, I talked to some girls in the parking lot when I warned them and they said they’ve been trying to drop off for weeks."

"Been there twice and every time is a nightmare. It was a 6 hour wait for clothing checking, then next time they have a”delayed” opening. I waited in the parking lot for two hours not open still. I’m very dissatisfied in this place. It’s now noon and I’m still waiting for them to open"
