"Visited looking for a couple shirts, and was helped by Susan who was awesome. Ended up with 4 shirts, a new sport coat and pants at a great price."
"Prices were great. Merchandising leaves you wanting as styles are not organized well. My biggest issue though was the ineptitude at checkout. It took 18 minutes to input my information and complete the transaction due to the associate not knowing how to work the computer system. The other two associates working were focused on reading the new planogram when their colleague was obviously floundering. If it had been a system crashing I would’ve understood, but this was due to an inability know the systems and more tenured colleagues had no interest in saving their coworker which was truly unfortunate."

"This place is terrible with an extremely rude older lady working at the counter. She loudly chased my mother out of a section and told her, “this is petite you know”. It was like it was straight out of an episode of What Would You Do. That lady should be working in the back of the building."
"Compared to other outlets and even NYC flagship store, this BB outlet store in Freeport Maine has the most outstanding service and will go more extra yards to find what you are looking for. They helped me locate and obtain 2 linen cloth shirts I needed 2 years ago and again last week. Although my size was not in their store at this time, they did a search located them and had them sent to my home. Thx you Judy and the nice fellow working with you. Pkc"
