"I was there in October with my daughter. We are Asian. There were 2 girls working, both Caucasian. Diana insinuated that my daughter had taken the tag off the camisole that she had out on (to try on tops to see how they would look) because she found a tag on dressing room floor. She said, don’t take the tags off the clothes and bring that to me when you’re done. My daughter is 17. Didn’t know what to make of it initially but then checked and she went and told Diana that the tag she found was NOT from the camisole as its tag was still on her camisole (as she had tucked it in). Diana didn’t apologize or anything. Not sure if she was racist or didn’t like teenagers but she was rude and it has still caused my straight A, will be graduating valedictorian from high school in May daughter a lot of distrsss. Will never go there again."
"Only one staff member working she was rude and made shopping very uncomfortable. She hovered over while trying to shop so I left without wasting my money at such a over clustered shop and cheap material made clothing."

"We have shopped here several times but on our November 16th visit we had the best sales associate ever. Kerrigan greeted us when we went in and was so helpful and friendly. We have never had such a friendly association in any of the Francesca stores before."
"The best customer service! Pleasantly surprised at how friendly & helpful the associates were. They even saved my necklace for me when I forgot it in a dressing room and called back about it hours later. Great location and will be back."
