"I always love aerie/ American eagle, but when I went to the Freeport location, I had an employee treat me poorly. I was checking out with one item and asked if the discount was applied. She then made me walk over to the rack I got it from and told me I was wrong in a very rude tone. We walked back and I asked to not purchase the item since it was marked as something else. As I was leaving the lady next to me received the discount, even though she had the same exact situation as I had. I heard the whole conversation, left, and my bf offered to buy it, but I was embarrassed to go back in and interact with the same employee. Again, I love these stores, but most likely won’t go to this location due to this interaction. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else during the holiday season!"
"Staff are all kids and not professional or knowledgeable. Also this store is NOT an outlet store even though it is in an outlet store district so this is very sneaky."
"3-4 people working. Not one even acknowledged that I walked in the store. Not one made any attempt to offer any form of assistance. Horrible way to get a customer to return to your location."
