"I purchased a home with an in-ground pool last year and I stopped by their store to have my water tested 5-6 times over the summer. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. When they were out of a pool chemical I needed they told me that they would get it that day and call me when I could pick it up later in the afternoon the same day. I had them close my pool in the fall. They moved quickly but would stop if I had questions about what I needed to do. The owner noticed that I had 2 gate valves which were not working anymore. The owner told me I could go online or to another competitor for a replacement but they would not be cheap. I received a call a couple days later from him telling me that he had 2 gate valves that he had cut out from another pool job that I could have free of charge to replace the necessary parts broken in my valves. He went above and beyond what I expected. I have already scheduled my pool opening with them in the next few weeks. Great customer service!"
