"I've been going to different Wal-Marts to try to find a good carpet and upholstery cleaner. They are displayed for sale on the shelf. The only problem is they r not available to purchase. They don't have them in the store. I would recommend noting that on the item u r looking at instead of waiting the employees time."

"Honestly I try to avoid Walmart - much prefer to seek out & support small businesses. However- every now & again- that can't be avoided. I came here looking for paper hot cups for a work need... unsuccessfully. Ended up with smaller plastic (they too were almost gone) This was my first time in this store in over 3 years- and with some luck- it will be at least that long before I go back! (Employees were all pleasant! I will say that much!)"

"They do have a lot of things often at low prices but a pet peeve today: looking for electric toothbrush heads and they were locked behind a case. We talked to several associates, one was kind enough to make an announcement we needed help, but nobody came. We left and bought them elsewhere."

"Convenient location, well stocked, great prices. Update: I just moved into my own new apartment and need a lot of be essentials again (those from my college apt. days are in need of replacement plus I need more appliances and I cooking tools usually provided in the houses I rented). I was able to fully stock my kitchen, two bathrooms, and get some things for the bedrooms. Everything from an alarm clock sized space heater, new shower head, teflon tape, and cell controlled LED light bulbs, to toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, rug, and shower curtain rings, liner, and curtain. My kitchen has a toaster oven I there years ago, more smart lights, accessories and decor for the island bar, dish drying rack and mat, sink accessories, some matching mugs and bowls, cuisinart salt and pepper shakers, a Wilton spring form pan and foil roasting pan perfect for a water bath, measuring spoons And forks and cups, and yes, FOOD. I also got a really cool steam punk geared wall clock, a poster fram, frame hanging equipment another garbage pail for recycling, the same soft laptop briefcase from SoHo I got from BB in 2018 but for less, a Keurig coffee ground adapter WITH a scoop and funnel for $9.03 less than the Keurig brand, candles incense, an 18oz insulated tumbler for $8.88 versus Yeti's $30+, dish towels and utensils all my same favorite color teal, pillows, pillow protectors, black out curtains and curtain rods, an Xbox controller, HDMI cable, printer ink, rugs, towels, hangers, accessories galore, and a Ps5 with two games. I list it all to show how easy it was to find everything I needed, how I was able to coordinate color due to their large selection, and how pleased with the pricing I was. Better than Best Buy, Staples, Hannaford, CVS, Home Goods, Home Depot and Lowes... It's one stop shopping at its best. I got most of this stuff tonight. I was bored and decided to see what was open around me being 2131 EST. They close at 2300. I was able to easily find everything I needed and more (if I didn't by the Ps5, I would have bought more teal kitchen utensils, tools, and accessories), with plenty of time... The only issue was finding someone with the key for the electronics department so close to closing. They had me self-checkout which worked out fine. -Helpful and kind staff! -Phenomenal Selection -Competitive Pricing -Easy Self-checkout (w/extra receipt) -Incredibly convenient -Easy to navigate and find what you're looking for I recommend this specific Walmart in North Greenbush over every other one in the area. If I lived in Albany, I would skip the one in Glenmont and Crossgates Commons to make the trip across the river to this one. They weren't always so great that I'd rant and rave, but they've up'd their game and have a phenomenal selection of items in stock. Toys, tools, towels, turkey, toothbrushes, trading cards... They have a little of everything and a lot of most things. I didn't see very much at all of items that weren't stocked or were sold out."

"Horrible place to shop. Horrible protocol and even worse customer service. My SEFCU card was not going through. The self checkout employee tried helping me, but it still didn't work. I asked my boyfriend to lend me 20 bucks so we could get out of Walmart. The return change and the receipt never came out of the scan and Go and then the machine froze! The employee couldn't do anything to help so she got some management help. We were told that even though we had an employee witness who saw the money go in and the change not come out that the camera had to be reviewed. We waited 15 minutes and that manager never updated us or came back. I saw the manager chilling at the customer service center and that's when I got really serious with him and asked is he helping us or ignoring us? We got the run around. It became a big thing. Security even came out. All for 13 bucks. We waited over an hour to get the change. Never again"
