"Positive: clean, beautiful. Easy to get to. Delicious breakfast. Pet friendly. Negative: they called the cops when we left our 12 yr old for a few hours. We came to town for my sister’s funeral and I had to go and do estate stuff. My daughter thought she’d go back to the hotel and chill. The front desk didn’t even call my husband (who’s on the reservation). The cops were good sports about it and I apologized that the hotel wasted their time. Also, doing laundry is a challenge. The staff have to let you in to the laundry room as it is not even locked for a key card. You can imagine what a pain this is every half hour. Many times the front desk employee was “in the back” so it became tiresome. Also, the washer is coin operated and there is only one. I was told this is also for “safety reasons”. But yet you can still get in to the pool with a key card. ? Probably won’t stay here again."

"Stayed here with my boyfriend, while visiting his family. Staff was very funny, especially Bentley. She gave so many recommendations to restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the cook was helpful. Pool area is heated which made the pool bearable because it wasn't freezing. Gym was typical for a hotel, it has the essentials needed for a workout. Location was perfect for us, a little hidden and in its own area alone. I loved that. The only "complaint" my boyfriend had was that the room didn't have any drawers or dresser. We found that odd. The room was spacious though and the shower was huge."

"We had a wonderfully clean room and comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and easy ...even for our large vehicle. Looked like a nice pool and with handicapped accessibility. Breakfast was well put together and decore was pleasant."

"Clean, mostly quiet, and spacious rooms. Professional and efficient check in service. Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast service was good, with attentive and friendly breakfast attendant, Jessica. She made an effort to check that we had everything we wanted for breakfast and kept the dining area clean. Parking is convenient and safe. A good option for staying near Albany, but without having to stay in downtown Albany."

"A really great modern hotel just east of the capital of Albany. Rooms are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are fresh, soaps and shampoos are great, complimentary wifi is always great. I've heard the breakfast is really good. Pool is refreshing and clean. The exercise room is well equipped. Location is a little odd, but great view of the city and ample parking if you got a big truck or a trailer. Recommend 10/10."
