"This E. Greenbush store is AMAZING, with the greatest Customer Service. I walked in, frazzled and desperate and needed help obtaining the correct connecting plug for my generator because of a recent wind storm and our power was out for three days. I showed the photo's of my generator and transfer switch to the gentleman who immediately greeted me at the door (I think your name is Todd) and he helped me obtain the correct 220 male/female plug along with the extension cord that goes with it. THEN, "Nick and Tony" (Owners) took the extra step and secured (attached) the male/female plug to each end of extension cord. They wouldn't accept payment and I'm eternally grateful for this. I know for a FACT that the local big box store nearby would NEVER, EVER provided this kindness and assistance. Thank you to Todd ( I think that is your name) who greeted me at the door and provided the BEST Customer Service and of course thank you to Nick and Tony for helping as well. This is the place to go for all your needs....Nancy F."
