"It's nice they had some plant based items now. It would be great to offer a salad to choose from. They are so busy, and it's hard to wait in a line that has not been blocked off from the rest of the food court , like line starts here! Otherwise, I enjoy their food as a treat. SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT KEEP THE VEGETARIAN OPTION FOR ORANGE CHICKEN! IT WAS GREAT, AND LET MY GRANDDAUGHTER ACTUALLY HAVE A MEAL AT PANDA. They really should put it on their menu permanently. Give vegetarians a good source of protein with their meal. I guarantee others would appreciate a protein choice on your menu!!"
"Got home and half my order was missing. I call them and I’m told I have to come back in to get what I’m missing! Which is a 20 minute drive., wasn’t offer a credit or anything for next time. I’ve been coming here since they open and this how I’m treated. Very poor customer service"
"I asked for a bowl for my rice was told i couldnt have one unless i bought more for an upgrade. I decided not to eat but my kids got their food and it was cold which made it not good and ruined their appetite. Wont be going again"
"Not a fan of the druggie that was outside but I guess that’s Portland so I won’t hold that against you. Don’t like how I got four orders but not a single fortune cookie. Do like that you all had teriyaki chicken my favorite only get to go here once to year because you’re so far away from my location. But keep up the good work"
