"Our first visit. The restaurant is clean and spacious. We ordered Mac and cheese which tasted like it was from a box. Chipotle chicken flatbread was tasty and large portion. Toasted Frontega chicken sandwich and squash soup were yummy. Steak and cheese sandwich was good. Chocolate chip cookie was advertised as warm and gooey but it was cold and dry. Staff were friendly but we had to repeat our choices several times while ordering. This is a good choice between fast food and a restaurant that we didn’t have time for while traveling."
"My order was wrong - it was all premade bakery items and a bagel with cream cheese. Wrong cream cheese, no knife or napkins, wrong number of cookies and the pastry was ROCK HARD. Absolutely no care shown by anyone and no refund or replacement offered. And it took the woman 17 minutes to bag the items and she was not waiting on anyone else. Stay away."
"My takeout Fuji apple chicken salad lacked the usual quality that I have always enjoyed in house. Fewer apples, dry chicken, wilted lettuce. The staff did a great job during a very busy lunchtime rush."
"There is good reason why this panara bread is rated so low. Last Friday night 9/9 our order was marked as ready 10 minutes after its expected time. It then took another 10 minutes to receive our order. The manager told my online orders had to be collected by the cashier. The cashier was busy helping customers so I went back to in store order pickup and asked if she could get my order. She said “yes in a minute” and continued talking to other employees and basically refused to get my order. You would think a manager would apologize for the order taking so long and go out of their way to assist in getting my order. Why should an online order be neglected. I am a customer the same as those placing orders in the store. This manager clearly doesn’t have the competence to be a manager. I was refunded for this order via panara customer care."
"Half-filled containers constantly. Complaining has made no difference. That was supposed to be broccoli cheddar mac and cheese but the macroni is lacking. Very little macroni and mostly just the soup. The salt content is outrageous. Broccoli Macroni and cheese came ice cold. Bread was fresh tasting. Smoothie good just overly sweet but still good. It came cold as it should be cold. Photos from various purchase dates. All are supposed to be Broccoli Macroni and Cheese! All taken before eating."
