Domino's Pizza

"The order took an extra 20 minutes to arrive. Then was missing our drinks and sauces so I call, they offered a credit OR to send out another driver but the reason we didn’t get our drinks was because they don’t have them in stock... a credit for missing food!? Shouldn’t it be a refund for not giving me those items. I requested the items (substitutions for the out of stock) which apparently was a mistake because now it’s been an hour with no sauces or drinks in sight and now my food is cold. Don’t make my mistake, order Papa John’s if your in S Portland. Update: they showed up 3 HOURS after we ordered with the rest of our order and pounded on the door waking us all up and then wouldn’t refund that part of our order because it was completed… I will NEVER order from any Dominos again in my life. Disgusting behavior and a complete rip-off/ borderline theft."

"Ordered bbq chicken pizza. Pizza was undercooked and had zero chicken on it. It also was cut in crazy slices. Still eating it because I paid for it."

"Ever since covid hit it is like people have forgotten how to work. The quality of service has really taken a downward spiral. I stopped ordering for delivery from this Domino's because they could never get my order right. That was over six months ago and things change so this past Friday I placed an order for delivery. NO CHANGE!!! I got the wrong dipping sauce for my hot wings. Well tonight, being a glutton for punishment, I placed another order. They forget the 2 liter sprite. I called and was told it would be delivered. It never got delivered. I will never order from this store again and suggest you find any other store but this one. If you do you will be sorry."

"Usually my experience with this business has been positive for the most part. I enjoy the fact that the wait times for carry-out are always very reasonable. But be careful what you wish for... this last time I called and ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl with extra chicken and extra alfreado sauce, as this is 99% the only thing I ever order. This time I picked up my ordered and left to go to work 10 mins away. I still had time before my shift started so I opened up my box to start enjoying my dinner. Some of the chicken was still a little cold, and alot of the dough for the bread bowl wasn't even cooked (see photos). I called to complain and was immediately given an attitude by the person I spoke with, who claimed I had previously complained about a pizza I ordered there (I never order pizza...EVER). I spoke calmly as I was badgered by the employee or manager I was speaking to. Then was told they could give me a credit for the same thing in the future or I could come in and get my money back. I obviously didn't have time to go back as my shift was about to start and I would be busy for the next 10 hrs. So I went the rest of the night without eating and trying to get the taste of raw dough out of my mouth. Very disappointed in the quality of the food this time but what upsets me more is the way I was treated when I called to bring the issue to their attention. I order from this place at least 3 or 4 times a week.... well this encounter has definitely changed my mind and I'm not sure I want to give this Domino's my business anymore."
