"The service is very slow. It literally took 20 minutes for someone to take our food order this place was not busy enough to wait that long and the Long Island Iced Tea I had did not taste like one at all. *UPDATE* I'm one to give places more then a second chance honestly....but the bartender I had today 12-3-2022 was nit friendly at all!!!!! No smile no enthusiasm no nothing don't get me wrong the food is amazing bit the customer service could use some work....asked for a cold sandwich got ot toasted with no mustard even though I asked for mustard I'll never come back Update I gave this place one last try on 27th of January I kid you not it literally took 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge we were done before we got boxes didn't ask for a toasted sandwich even though i got a toasted sandwich......truly never going to this place again"

"Returning to Maine after many years away and wanted to go back to Willows since we always enjoyed their pizza. Pizza still very good. Not the cozy atmosphere we remember cause theyve expanded! But still a great local pizza place with crispy, flavorful crust and good selection of toppings. Good local beer selection as well. Service was a bit slow, but they were quite busy just before Christmas."

"What an experience, we were completely ignored by our waitress as were the people seated behind us but for even longer. I'm talking like 20 minutes at a time she would be absent. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY SHE HAD 2 TABLES. Sat down handed me the menu walked away for 20 minutes, came back asked me if I wanted something to drink walked away for 20 minutes, came back with the drinks and asked me if I wanted something to eat left for the 40 minutes during which time the kind dark-haired server brought out our food, we ate and then had to ask the bartender for our check. Got a little bit of everything on the menu, all of it was mediocre. The house salad dressing is basically just water, I got the clams casino Pizza which, yes I admit is odd, but I was feeling adventurous and I regretted it. I got the homemade lasagna, which for the first time in my life I found a lasagna that didn't taste very good. Give somewhere else your money, this place absolutely sucks. Ps: Apparently my wife liked the pesto."

"Willows is a locally owned family restaurant that specializes in Italian food and pizza. We eat there a few times a year and also get takeout. They have entertainment a few nights a week in the dining room. You need to make reservations on those nights. That was the case last night when we decided to go there for dinner. We were seated in the bar, which has a few booths and a number of high top tables, in addition to bar seating. We were seated at a high top. The chairs had a bar to rest your feet, so it wasn't uncomfortable. We started with drinks. My husband just got a soda. I cannot drink right now, but I asked if they could make their drink special - coconut margarita - alcohol free. The bartender did and it was delicious. My husband ordered the cup of chowder with half an eggplant sandwich. He thought the chowder had a slight vinegar taste to it; I had a small taste and didn't taste anything like that. He said his sandwich was delicious. I ordered the lasagna. It was excellent. Just the right amount of spice and a fair amount of meat and sausage in the sauce. It came with a small loaf of bread. Needless to say, I have today's lunch! Good value at $12.99, if memory serves. And what is dinner out without dessert? The hubby got the turtle cheesecake; I ordered the lemon cream cake. Both were very good and very reasonably priced at $4.99 each. I took pictures of my food, but not his. Don't ask me why. Also. I'm writing this on my phone. So I apologize if I missed some typos."
