"An unassuming place with bold charm. The few places in this town that I find desirable. The other day, all i wanted was some tofu pad Thai. The market was closed and I was lost, all other conceivable options were dull and meaningless. Unfulfilled, I resigned myself to a bowl of cereal in darkness. How many restaurants have done this to you? P.S. the owner knits hats and sells them in the winter. I have four."

"Let me just start by saying I have been coming to this market since I can remember. Literally. I started coming here as a small child with my parents, I ordered from this market when I went to Deering High School, I still order take out there today, as do my parents. This place is amazing! The food is always delicious, and consistent. The options for groceries are great, especially for a small space. They have things that many other Asian marketplaces don't have, and at better prices."
