"I tried returning a electric heater that wasn't working up to par and the manager told me that they don't refund heaters and could tell he was being rude with an attitude. He couldn't give any reason why they won't refund. Tried blaming my socket in my house(my tenant is a electrician, which laughed at that scenario) so I said whatever and traded it in for another. Well the next was even worse, the dial to turn low to max did not work and was not blowing out any air. So brought it back and he starts arguing with me that it works fine and says see it's getting hot.. yea it's getting hot in the inside and burning the unit which was throwing off heat. Thankfully I recorded the entire thing because it was just odd behavior. In my 40 years of living I never had to argue about returning something for money I work hard for. It's disgusting companies do that to people. I've never been treated like a thief before until now and my job is a corrections officer. So last thing I'm trying to do is steal. None of the people there had any customer service qualities. Wish I got his name, he was a Hispanic male."

I met a man named Saul who was putting up a Halloween display and asked my opinion about lights, he did use my suggestion but I have to say the big cat should be up on the table with the smaller stuff around him, you can't see the lights and other items because the cat hides them..."

"I really had a good experience buying at this branch. Staffs are very helpful and approachable. They helped me with purchasing a wheel barrow. When I got home I noticed that there is a missing bolt on one side of the wheel so I went back to let them know and the store manager was very courteous in helping getting a new bolt and putting it in for me. I will definitely be back here."

"I have shopped at a few Hatchett hardware stores for a few years. So, I was hyped to learn that I was gonna have one right around the corner from me. Well, the guys who started working the store, were extremely courteous. As soon as they got other staff in there, things changed. It's like they don't want to get up and help you. I walked in today, asked for the location of casters. They didn't even what casters were. Okay... but then, they said either aisle 7 or 8. Neither of them bothered to get up. However, after looking for items on my own, one guy did manage to GET UP to come tell me that the store was closing in five minutes. Unbelievable! I try to support smaller businesses, but my past few visits have made me rethink patronizing this store."
