"Elm Estates changed the way it does business after it was sold to a new corporation about 2 years ago. Not the same place. Rents are higher than other area properties and almost nothing comes included in the rent. The apartments look like 1970 styling."

"Ever since the newest change of hands has come into play it has been nothing but bad news!!!!! Owner doesn't care what goes on has misleading promises...... Property manager is a joke and doesn't even show up to work. Maintenance doesn't answer phones when on call services are needed. Staff seems to think they can do 50 down a road. IT HAS CLEARLY SHOWN SINCE NEW HANDS TOOK OVER THEY IS NO SUCH THING AS TREATING EVERYONE EQUALLY!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CROOKED PLACE THEY CALL A "BUSINESS" did not want to even give them a star at all but won't let me post unless I click one but sure isn't worth one!!!!!"

"I live here currently and it's a wonderful safe quiet neighborhood. I rent a townhouse from Tower elm estates. It is a mixed neighborhood of home owners and renters. I feel like I have my own home with a backyard, fire pit etc to enjoy ! So far no major concerns really. Condos are not cheap expect to make decent money to live here but still a great deal for the capital district as rents continue to skyrocket! I would recommend living in this neighborhood."

"Elm Estates was the BEST apartment we have ever rented. The units are great quality! They were very soundproof, which is a huge deal for an apartment complex. I never heard my neighbors, not even once! (Unless they were outside, note: we had a townhome not a duplex) I literally would have lived her as long as possible but unfortunately we had to relocate for a job :( Our neighbors were all extremely pleasant but also private, perfect combination. The place itself is a little further away from my school than other apartments would have been and this concerned me at first but it was SO worth it. Snow removal was timely! We never had an issue that required us to call maintenance but when they came by (to replace the smoker detectors or winterize etc.) they were very friendly people! Seriously, thank you Barbra. Lovely place to live!"

"I loved living at Elm Estates. My husband and I lived there 2013-2018. The community is safe, the people are kind, and the area is great for walking. The townhomes are an excellent size, we never heard our neighbors, and we loved having a walk-in closet and yard space to play with our dog or eat dinner outside. We were thrilled with how responsive maintenance was (though we rarely needed them), and Barbara was always a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start out and only left because we purchased a home."
