"I enrolled my pup for intermediate training with Gina and let’s just say, she surpassed all my expectations and was just the best! Zoey went in struggling with anxiety and I honestly didn’t think she was going to be able to do it at all, let alone pass! Zoey is now a scholar and knows so many new skills! I cannot thank Gina enough for her patience with my Zoey, and of course I am SOOO proud of my girl! I couldn’t have done it without Gina! 10/10 recommend!"
"This is a decent place to buy pet supplies for most animals. The selection is bland. You will not find anything exotic or rare here, so this may not be where you go if your pet needs rare items. Occasionally, you can find some high-grade fish, whether fancy goldfish, cichlids, or community fish. The salesman in the fish area is knowledgeable and approachable. Always ask if they have an aquarium themselves to gauge knowledge. The selection of foods and accessories is pretty good. Not much in aquatic plant care. It's one of the only shops worth being a member of since they always send you significant discounts. While most of their stuff is more expensive than Amazon if you are not in a rush, you can easily pick up things like filters cheaper than Amazon plus, they price match pretty quickly with almost any competing store or Amazon, and returns are straightforward. Cat food and litter are always in abundant supply, and again, nothing exotic here. All in all a great place to visit to get things quickly and efficiently. Peak hours can be a little taxing when they are shirt staffed."
"Glenmont Petsmart is awesome! Before going, I called the store to see if they had Guinea pigs and to see how much. The associate was patient and answered my questions. When we went, associate Jesse took care of us and was very knowledgeable about all the animals and products and patient with us. Checkout process was great and we saved a lot of money by signing up for Treats reward program. This was an overall great experience and we will recommend them to everyone! Edit (09/27/22): Our piggies, Peppa and Zoe are very happy and are showing their cute personalities. Thank you for the adorable animals, Petsmart! ❤️"
