"I can’t wait until my lease is up. The “new management” has the laziest maintenance people. Their idea of “fixing things” is like a bandaid. Their quality of work is abhorrent. As other reviews have stated, the apartments are filled with black mold and they just paint over it, like that solves anything. ACs are outdated and moldy as well. Can’t be healthy to breathe in. Pot smoking is everywhere and they do nothing about it- even though there is a no smoking clause in the lease. Carpets when I moved in were disgusting and I have no doubt they will try to keep my deposit as if the condition of them is my fault. Bare minimum is the goal while raising the rent 20% in a year. I’m out of here asap, I would rather pay more elsewhere and have safe conditions that actually live up to the rent cost. Stay away!"
"Live here for some years now and it’s an absolute dumpster fire of a complex. Nothing gets fixed, cops are always here, managers are rude, dog poop everywhere."
"Went to look at this apartment and it was a complete dump. Postings online are very misleading. There are no washer and dryers in unit like it says online, there are hookups but we were told they are limiting the number of tenants allowed to take advantage of that. Left over glue left on the countertops, overwhelming smell of filth and cigarette smoke throughout the apartment, the stairs are wobbly and the carpet upstairs was gross. Not to mention, the bathtub was filled with rust and mold and almost every light in the parking lot and in front of the door leading to the apartment was out. We were told repeatedly “this complex is under new management so things are going to be getting replaced and changed throughout the property” but why wouldn’t light bulbs in the light posts outside be a priority for your tenants safety? The property manager was not responsive at all for phone calls. When we arrived, we were unable to find the leasing office, called twice and no response. I should mention that we originally had a tour scheduled for a Monday but I received a phone call 30 minutes before my tour to cancel after I had driven an hour to look at the place, and was nearly down the road from the complex. Rescheduled to Wednesday. When we eventually found the leasing office on our own, we were welcomed into a filthy office as the property manager was speaking with a tenant who was upset about something in the complex (doesn’t come as a surprise to me). The property manager was also sick and came into the office without wearing a mask which seems inconsiderate especially around the holidays. Be aware that the leasing office is also moving off of the property and down the road. I’m glad we didn’t sign a lease at this place."
"UPDATE TO YOUR COPY&PASTED REPLY WE ALL COMPLAINED INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUES YALL RAISED OUR RENT TO OVER 300 THATS WHY WE’RE ALL LEAVING. Here is my issue with this complex. The unprofessionalism by some of the employees which when addressed management does nothing and the fact that when I moved in I was promised the world except I got here and I was like a disappointed kid waiting for Santa.I was told I would get a new stove but got a rusty uncleaned stove that would smoke whenever I cooked, promised a new tub that I was excited about only to move in and discover that the DIRTY tub from previous tenant was only painted over with a rusty drain that doesn’t allow me to fill my tub to soak or the fact that I had a wobbly toilet that was not replaced as promised or how both toilet was FILTY even after being told the cleaning lady was in the apt a day before I moved in.There is an intercom that doesn’t work with no plans of fixing or the fact that maintenance doesn’t care you work overnight or management doesn’t have common courtesy like other complex I lived at to notify tenants of work next door so you’re awaken by loud pounding at 7am after a night shift.NOTHING was cleaned I had to deep clean my own apt when I moved in something other complexes had done before a tenant moved in.For an area like east greenbush this place is a dump and the worst complex I have lived at.Good luck to tenants planning on moving in there. If I posted pics of the condition of the toilet, tub and other areas you’d puke. And let’s not forget the bad odor that comes from the sinks when you run hot water"
"My boyfriend and I have moved here for about to be six months, it has been a HORROR story. Black mold in every room. Behind the bathtub is nothing but mold. We have no heat, the wall Air conditioning units are filed with mold, they said they’d fix it and never showed. We were told moving in it was “refurbished” yet our entire rug changed colors after our first vacuum because of the excessive amount of dog hair in the “brand new carpets”. We can’t use the hot water without the entire apartment smelling like sewer gasses & our entire kitchen floods when we use the tub. Every month we’ve put in a report & I’ve called maintenance & management since living here about 10 times.. NOTHING. I’ve had to make complaints about neighbors letting their dogs use the bathroom in our common hallway to the main door & the stains.. are still there. One star is GENEROUS. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. We pay WAY too much to like in this horrible horrible place."
