"Stopped in for breakfast while in town. East Main Cafe is a quaint coffee shop in downtown Elkton. It's easily accessible from the hospital. It was relatively busy when I was there which is always a good sign. I ordered a bagel sandwich and a mocha latte. The bagel was soft, the sausage was tasty, and the egg was a real from scratch egg. The latte was hot and flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient. I would certainly return."
